There was a good amonut of action near the end of this book, but I found the heroine to be spoiled and petty at the beginning. She was like a toddler who wanted things her way right now! You do get the happy ending and the fun of imagining the restoration of the hero's keep. I'd pick any Amanda Quick historical over this read.

SHE SWORE NEVER TO WELCOME HIM TO HER BED...
Yet when the Lady Melissande looked upon the rugged face and form of the knight she'd been forced to marry, her resolve melted. For Quinn de Sayerne stirred her in the most unexpeced ways, and therin lay the danger - for succumbing to desire meant losing everything she held so dear!
