I love all the Ed McBain books, but this one wasn't the best for me. Perhaps I had read too many of the older ones before I got to this one. It was just ok for me.

Another police procedural in the 87th precinct by the king of 'em, Ed McBain. The town, a thinly disguised New York. These are always quick, satisfying reads.
As usual, Ed McBain, keeps you in suspense until the end. Good read!!!!!!!!!!!!!
