A first I really liked this story. It was interesting hearing from Martha's point of view and also the animals' as well. Then it got choppy and confusing and just muddled. It went from being a wonderful, great adventure, to dull and flat about 2/3 of the way through the book. Still a good read but the book disappointed me towards the end.
