I loved everything about this trilogy. It's one of few trilogies I felt was excellent and kept my interest all the way through. Scalzi has a wonderful talent for telling a serious technology-laden story that is packed with fun characters that are entirely human. He cares lovingly for them all. Dialogue is perfect. The story has some extremely funny aspects also, written in such a uniquely Scalzi way. Kiva Lagos was so entertaining. I loved Marce's tale as well. The names of the ships kept me giggling. It was very appealing that there were so many strong women in the story. I was fascinated by the Flow technology and itched to get a peek at the math. Ultimately it is the story of a young ruler at the beginning of the end of life in The Interdependency as they knew it. Highly recommended from start to finish.
