I loved this book! Barbara Bretton's style really flows, and I can easily get lost in one of her books and not pay attention to the time. The plot of the novel was pretty enjoyable and I found myself wondering how the book would end because it wasn't very predictable. The entire story just broke my heart, it was so sad! :)

It was a remarkable story. I felt that they were done wrong by "CLASS" status and what that could bring to the family. But, too often the dreams that we have as younger selves are not even attempted when we get "older and wiser". Coulda, shoulda, woulda.
Very pleased with it.
Am reading another by same author.

What a wonderful story this was. I did think it was a little slow in the beginning and wondered why there was so much time covered. But then it all started to fall together. Then I thought I had it figured out, why Gracie and Noah couldn't be a couple. Wow was I surprised at the ending. I won't hesitate to read another Barbara Bretton book. She has a great way of telling a story.
A great book about a couple that was meant to be together despite the odds.
This is the first time I have read this author and I really loved her. In depth story and vivid characters--A very good read.
I enjoyed this book

This one started off a wee bit slow for me....but once I settled into it I did not want to put it down! If you are an emotional person like myself I think you will need tissues towards the end of this one!
Another good one by Barbara Bretton.
