This book has lots of hot and steamy love scenes guaranteed to keep you warm on a cold night....or any other night. There were a number of interesting minor characters that added to the enjoyment of this book, such as an elderly wise woman/witch and others. I did, however, have a few problems with the book. For one thing, the premise was really implausable - it seemed to me impossible for the two main characters would fall in love, especially so quickly. And i found it somewhat predictable as well. But then, I tend to find romances predictable in general. Also, I got annoyed that the lead character seemed always to be waiting for the man to 'ride in on a white horse' and save her.... Still, it was entertaining and kept me reading. IF you like Nora Roberts type romance with suspense, you will like this book.
