In this "written for the big screen" thriller, ex-CIA special agent Sam Capra returns in this sequel to "Adrenaline" to get back his infant son who was kidnapped. But in order to get his son back alive, he must kill a man who remains the biggest threat to the Nine Suns, the crime syndicate that holds his son hostage. A fast paced fun thriller. I did not like how Abbott set up the story for the next installment but otherwise I have no real criticisms.
A worthy sequel to/continuation of 'Adrenaline.' It keeps up the non-stop pace, twists and revelations.
Sam Capra returns to continue the search for his son with the help and hindrance of old and new characters. There is also a section devoted to the background of his 'boss' which explains how and why she became who she is.
While some story lines are concluded, enough are left open to easily continue Sam's adventures, and I'll be waiting for them.

I am soooo hooked on this series, the characters. Fascinating, fast pace, unpredictable totally!
I definitely recommend reading the first book in this series titled "Adrenaline".

Can't give it a good review---I gave up on it---it is too long and drawn out and got to the point it was just boring, if Abbott had cut out some of the running and gun fights and fist fights and running here and there and back to here, etc. it just got tedious to read page after page of all this same stuff and it didn't move the story along fast enough with all this long drawn out stuff.
Second book in the Sam Capra series is just a great as No. 1. Face paced adventure with thrills and spills galore.
