The Last Mrs. Parrish is a juicy, and addictive psychological thriller. Amber Patterson becomes friends with Daphne Parrish. Amber is envious of Daphne's life of money and power. Her husband, Jackson, is a real-estate mogul and everyone in the town of Bishops Harbor, Connecticut, thinks their life is straight out of a fairy tale. But all is not as it seems as Jackson is an abuser and a manipulator. As Amber grows closer to Jackson, a skeleton from her past undermines everything that she has worked towards. Shocking turns and dark secrets will keep you guessing until the very end. I found this book to be a quick, entertaining read with an interesting ending.

Well written. A clever, twisty tale of evil villains and just desserts. Fun reading!

A tale as old as time, Girl makes friends, girl steals friend's husband. Friend gets revenge. Oh, and the husband is a lying cheating turd. A pleasant enough way to spend an afternoon. (Reading the book, not stealing someone's husband). Fairly predictable, but fun to read if only for the revenge part alone.
