Annie & Max, a lovely, fun, adventurous couple that I have faithfully followed from their very first meeting. I am sorry to say that this once delightful couple is becoming trite and sober and just maybe a little bit worn out. I don't care for the Henrie O series and I'm not crazy about the ghost, Bailie; however, I could always count on Annie & Max to be fun, frivilous, good-natured, helpful and just a plain old good time to wile away some hours. I think Ms Hart needs to add some sparkle - perhaps a series with Henny, Emma and Laurel. Now that should be very interesting.
Carolyn Hart does not disappoint. From the very first in this series to this one, I have enjoyed her stories and her stories about story tellers.
