I found this book to be VERY elementary. If you do not have the knowledge to write a basic thank you letter this book might help. Otherwise it was a waste of time. It does not offer anthing you wouldn't have learn in basic education classes.

Almost new condition!
This book shows you step by step, with easy directions how to write a legal letter to a bank, federal, state and consumer agencies. Also how to address health care providers etc...

I found this to be a very helpful reference book!
