I really loved reading this book. I just took on a new supervisory and management role with my organization, so I've been reading a lot of management books over the past few months. This one truly stands out among the best. I was able to implement philosophies from this book into our department immediately. I've also brought this book into the classes I teach and students have found this book incredibly purposeful as well.

Anyone who is looking to improve their management skills or the culture within their organization will benefit from this book. I also recommend Simon Sinek's Ted Talks, as they will provide a brief overview of the message and purpose behind this book.
