This book is in excellent condition, however the backcover is scratched in an area that is 1 inch wide and 1mm tall. These scratches extend into some of the index pages at the back.
This superficial blemishes should not detract from what is essentially one of "the" books for any student of management. It is an extensive yet easy to understand case-study of well-managed corporations and the common traits of the management in these companies that correlate to their success.
