This book was a very inspiring book to read. As a instructional coach this book gave leadership secrets in small doses. You do not need to read the book as a whole. It is divided into about 3 page sections that were easy to read and ponder on. There are walk away questions at the end of each section that will help you internalize the section you just read. I loved the book and have used sections of this book with my Ladies Circle group at church. I have also used some of the secrets with my peers at work and in my everyday life.

Of all of the books that I own and have read, next to my Bible this book is my current favorite.
I enjoy my mysteries, my historicals and my non-fictions, but this book has helped me turn a new page in my life that I was amazed to find.
This is not a "self-help" book, but it has helped me... it is not a management book but it is making me a better manager... it is not a religious book but it is rekindiling a fire within me that I enjoy the warmth from daily....
And, if you don't want to read this book now... feel free to move on because this book is not for you.
