An exhilirating memoir of his late-blooming love affair with the flying trapeze, author Sam Keen (author of Fire in the Belly), wrote this provocative look at the potential it offers for growth and transformation.
As a boy, Keen experienced the joy & freedom of flight while swinging from trees in Alabama and Tennessee. Many years later, at age 61, he happened upon a trapeze training program, and started developing the poise and confidence of this type of flight. Keen has turned this into a vehicle for exploring the challenges and dilemmas of life.
Keen has been called "one of our livliest minds," (Daniel Goleman, author of Emotional Intelligence).
