For the life of me I could not get into this book. The dialogue did not seem genuine, the characters were lacking, and the over abundance of sex was unnecessary. If your looking for a better read from this author I suggest "Their One and Only". There is a bit more character development and the dialogue is slightly more believable.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. This book could have been great if the plot had been better developed. I found myself skimming the sex scenes to find more about the action sequences (very few) because that was more interesting than the m/f or the m/f/m scenes. 2.5 stars as well.

Menage sex, no m/m. OK read - it had an action plot which I thought could have been handled better. The characters seemed cardboard. I thought her 'Their One and Only' a much better read.

Nowhere near as good as her earlier book, Their One and Only. Michaels has proven that she can write an engrossing menage story, but Leave Me Breathless falls way short of that mark. All the characters were one-dimensional; there was no depth or emotional investment. On the other hand, there was plenty of good sex, but that can only carry a story so far. These cardboard players trying to make a menage relationship work sounded stilted and far removed from the reader. Such a disappointment! 2.5 stars, barely.
I have to concede, though, that the general premise of the book is rather far-fetched: two best friends, who have a history of sharing women, find themselves in love with the same woman from their individual pasts. Of course (not), they can't see themselves sharing her and want her to choose between the two of them. After the jealously subsides, they all discover that they are an awesome triplet and live happily ever after.
All that aside, I personally enjoyed this book and thought it was HOT! Definitely worth a credit.
