The story sucks you into alucius' life. I discovered I really like the reluctant hero. If you enjoy reading about reluctant heros, complete this series or start the Thomas covenant series by stephen r. donaldson.

I couldn't put this book down. It was very detailed, and still fast paced. A review on the back cover described Aluscius as a "reluctant hero", which is very true, even when that hero quality shines even more. Spectacular book.
I acually haven't read this one, but a friend of mine did and he loved it!! I hope you enjoy it too!!
