Really enjoyed this book by Suzanne Woods Fisher. I don't read a lot of Amish books, but I would recommend The Letters. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
This is an interesting Book with several twisting plots. Rose SCHrock and her late husband were both Amish and became English. Mr. Schrock was English with2 kids when they married and they had 3 more.When Mr. Schrock's business dealings went bad they came back to live with his mother as Amish. Mr Schrock meets a mysterious death. Rose believes she must repay his creditors whom are mostly Amish. But her husband owes Thousands of dollars. She is grappling to send a dollar or two to one person.Then she meets an interesting man, but can she trust him? Can she ever repay her debts and will Tobe her oldest son who ran away from home ever come back? Her daughter Bethany is in love with Jake Hertzler, can Rose convince Bethany that Jake is really a bad man?
