What an experience! A somewhat dull middle-aged gentleman with a nice family hits his head at work and wakes up in the hospital with NO idea of who he was or what happened. The rebuilding of his life is quite a process. The medical details, the everyday work his wife and children put in reconnecting, and the way Scott Bolzan struggles to re-enter his life at the same place he left it is most interesting. While this is a rare case he works with the smallest details of his various challenges, while simultaneously handling new things which come up in family life. I did find it overlong and a little repetitive in spots, but enjoyed the book.
