This is a very real Book of life life in therapy with an Eating Disorder. I really enjoyed it, though it can be difficult to read when one is in the disorder themselves. Only a couple numbers talk, and mostly inspirational and encouraging to help those with all types of eating disorders gain the courage to fight "ED"
