As a pastor's wife this book was a BIG help. Mrs. Hyles didn't miss a thing discussing the challenges of being a pastors wife and family. She shared personal experiences, had a great deal of scripture to guide you and clearly understood the pressures it can put on your home and marriage. I think every minister's wife should read this book.
This book is a good read for women whose husbands are just starting out in the ministry. Sometimes it is a little hard to read but the advice comes from a lady who has "been there, done that". She shares what she has experienced and what worked for her and her husband.
