My my son is into baseball, so I got this book for him. He has read it and said that it helped him. He will read it through a couple more times. Next year will be his last year in Little League, so he is reading all he can on playing. He's played for 5 years now, so he already knows a lot, and this book has helped him with those small "fixes".
