Although I always find the subject in non-fiction books dealing with child abuse disturbing, not all books on the subject are well-written.

I feel that most adults who were abused as children want their story to be heard, and feel their story deserves to be published. However, not everyone is capable of writing a compelling story professionally.

I hated what happened to the author; however, I was not impressed with the way it was written, and believe there are much better books on the market dealing with this subject
