This book only discusses the effects of refined carbohydrates and caffeine. It doesn't cover other factors that can affect children's behavior, such as lack of trace minerals and healthy fats, certain food additives, etc. Still, it could be very helpful and effective, especially for families who are looking for a "quick fix" rather than a complete diet and lifestyle change.
