quick easy read with likable characters and interesting storyline
Angela Taylor lived on the shady side of the law in 1864 Texas. When she is rescued from a bad situation by a Texas Ranger, she finds herself in Texas 128 years in the future.
I do not normally like time travel novels but I enjoyed this fast paced tale of a old fashioned woman learning to live in a world where women are allowed and encouraged to be strong and think for themselves. It is also a tale of two wounded souls who learn to trust and love.
This book also introduces 2 of the characters who are found in Ms Johnston's Hawk's Way series.
