this a collection of stories of how miss Quindlen takes a look at life. very good
Great writer! My family got tired of me reading parts out loud!
I love this book. I have several copies. I used to read her column in the NY Times in the 80's. Anna Quindlen speaks to all of us like a friend. She talks about career, family, friendship, motherhood, politics, religion, love. Having lived in New York City for many years, I related strongly to some of her warm and wonderful essays. And raising toddlers, an essay or two a night is about all I can read these days!
Refreshing - I enjoyed it!
This is actually a hardback.
