I loved this book. Karen White never fails to spin a story like no other!
The Walker women couldn't seem to keep from running to avoid life's struggles. Each one always seemed drawn back to the yellow house with the odd turret & the song of the cypress trees. As the story unfolds around the Walker family of the Mississippi Delta, White kept me guessing until the end.
Loved A Long Time Gone.
