This a wonderful compelling story of Custer's last stand.
I love Terry Johnston's books. I don't think this was of his best, however. It is about George Armstrong Custer. I loved his Sweetwater Song and would recommend that one highly. I guess Custer was not very likable.
Makes you appreciate the pioneers whose lives were so interesting. Great bravery. Easy to read.
