This is a delightful series. Well written with good characters that you spend time with and get to know. Has a great story line with suspense and steamy romance. This is the second in the series. Start with Flirting with Danger and read them in order. This has become a "keeper" book.

I like this couple and their escapades. Not as fun as Flirting with Danger but I'll definitely be reading the whole series.

Enoch finds the right combination of sexy and fun for a fabulous read.

As the second in the Samantha Jellicoe series, this one is just as fast paced and fun as the first and I actually enjoyed the romance aspect even more. It was fun to have an already established relationship that is busy working out the "new couple" rough spots. That's a nice change and Enoch keeps it quick, hot and unpredictable. Sam does get a little annoying with her hard-nosed stubbornness but it is understandable considering the sheer strength of personality that comes with a driven billionaire for a boyfriend. One has to love Richard Addison, though, he is every woman's dream man! The way he gives Sam 100% of his unconditional love and support is what makes this series so wonderfully addictive.

For anyone who loves a great who-done-it mystery with lightening fast repartee, and lots of romance and excitement, this series can't be beat!

"The steam factor is still high, although toned down a little from the first book*

A super fun installment in the Samantha Jellicoe series. Sam and Rick are full of dry wit, sexy banter and a lot of steamy sex scenes. As with the previous book, Flirting With Danger, the mystery is a bit silly but I think you read this book for the fast paced adventure, romance, and sex. The relationship between Sam and Rick progresses nicely, Samantha develops further as a character, and you look forward to Sam's next caper.

I am rereading the entire series and loved this book as much (more?) the second time around. It isn't deep reading, but an excellent fun contemporary romance.

The author seemed to forget this was a romantic SUSPENSE book - there was almost zero mystery in this one. The whodunit was not a surprise and there wasn't much of a mystery getting to the conclusion. I like the characters so I will continue with the series but this was not my favorite.

Another fun visit with Rick, the billionaire, and his girlfriend Sam, the cat burglar. I'm enjoying watching their relationship grow.

Sequel to Enoch's "Flirting With Disaster." Not as good as the first one- moved very slowly at first but then picked up some. Samantha and Rick try to make their relationship work while solving a murder.

If you like JD Robb's books with Eve and Roarke, this series has the same feeling and likeability to it. Excellent!

The second, and equally charming as the first, book in the Sam Jellicoe and Rick Addison Palm Beach series. I wish this author would do more contemporary romances.

Samatha Jellico is no ordinary thief. At least, not anymore. She promised her sigificant other, British billionaire Rick Addison, that she'd retire from her life of crime. So no more midnight break-ins...no more scaling estate walls...no more dangling from the ceiling. From here on in, it's intimate dinners with Rick in posh Plam Beach followed by rick-your-world sex.
Who'd have thought that doing the right thing would turn out to be more deadly than her former life of crime? When the first client of her new security business is murdered, Sam is determined to find the killer. Now if only she can manage to stay of jail. resist her former "associate's" lucrative job offers, and keep Rick from sticking his nose in her business, she might just manage to stay alive. Because trouble isn't just walking-it's running-to catch up with her.

Great book! could not put it down

A friend sent me this book & I haven't read it because I prefer historicals. But I can say that this author is one of my favorites in the historical romance genre.
