This study shows how egalitarian marriage actually works. It wasn't at all what I expected and I learned a lot from it. This doesn't read like a self-help book, but the relationships where both spouses had equal power and equal importance vere very well described. Some of the couples are traditional single-earner households, which I found refreshing and especially interesting.
