I enjoyed reading this book because of my love for John Ritter. The insights into Johns' life and the photos were wonderful. However there was too much Amy (his wife) in the book. I had to remind myself ,"he loved her" as I read.-very distracting. Even though I have enjoyed Amy as an actor ; I doubt I would read her biography and this book was as much about her as it was about John. This is more a biography of a marriage to a wonderful guy.
While I love a good celebrity biography, I could hardly get through this one. As a mater of fact, I didn't. I looked at the photos- interesting that Amy was on my easy bake oven box!, which were few and far between- and hit the highlights of the book.
Thoughts and feelings dominate this book- not facts or interesting tidbits.
Amy must have been excited to know that they were going to publish her diary.
yawn.
