This was by far the best Broken Heart novel. It was funny, touching, with a bit of mystery thrown in. It had been a while since I read the last Broken Heart novel so the glossary in the back was really helpful to refresh my memory.

Kelsey was a great character. I am glad Bardsley didn't make her dark because after what she has been through she really could have been morbid. I just loved the way Kelsey dealt with things: smother everything with overly sickly sweetness. So many of her antics made me laughed. At one point, it did get a little too much but just as I thought it needs the stop the scene moved on. I was curious to know what happened to her "mother."

Damian and his brothers (Drake and Darius) were always my favorites next to Gabriel from the series. So I was doubly excited that it was their turn. I loved the lighter side of Damian that we never got to see in the other novels. If you can't remember he was the serious one out of the triplets. I can't wait to read Darius's story which I hope will be next and I even want to revisit Jarred.

Bardsley added three pretty unique mythologies of lycans. I really enjoyed that and it made sense that there would be different types of lycans out there.

The writing style is a mixture of Kurt Vonnegut and Mary Janice Davidson. You have to read it like you are listening to someone talking like a normal person rather than proper English. So if you can't stand stray thoughts or incomplete sentences, this isn't the book for you.

I'm not always a huge fan of Broken Heart novels. I adored some of them but I did give not so nice reviews to a few. This one was worth the read. It was fun and easy. Very silly and I loved it.

Kelsey Morningstone is a psychotherapist with the Dante Clinic. When she first sees her new admission, Damian, she is struck by his beauty and power. He is a werewolf, but she doesn't believe in such things and thinks that he is delusional. She is an empath and tries to get past Damians anger, she is drawn to him and she knows that falling for a patient is crazy. She wants to help him, but Jarred Dante has other ideas for Damian.
I really loved this book. I couldn't put it down. It has mystery, suspence, romance and violence. I think this the best one of the Brokenheart, OK series, I hope its not the last. The author manages to blend in a lot of the characters from the first books, and answers some questions of the past. I gave it 5 stars!

Loved it, but not my favorite. In one book Bardsley seem to change the basics of the Broken Heart novels. Patsy's roll as Queen has changed drastically. It also seemed that some of the Broken Heart residents will be not staying in Broken Heart, like possibly the lycans. For some reason I don't like that idea. And also, the relationship between Darius and Kelsey just didn't seem to mature enough to warrant their closeness at the end of the book. Mostly all they did was have sex.
Did love his parents, and Kelsey. She really had a lot of spunk considering her up-bringing.
