While I got bogged down in the middle of the first book set in fictional Loving, Loving Treasures, I sped through this second book. Another quick, pleasant "fluffy" read. Second in a series; sequels include Loving Ways, Loving Care, Loving Promises, Loving Feelings, and Loving Tenderness.

I enjoyed the book, although it did seem to me to be more than a bit old-fashioned. Who would think that in the modern world (and this is set at a time that has the internet and computer searches), anyone would interpret that old Biblical command to honor one's parents to mean obedience? Even in adulthood? Esther's problem is that her sister and her (secret) fiance are trying to play matchmaker, so that they can get married. I can understand why she finds this embarrassing.
