
Four star review at amazon: True Italian cuisine is composed of a few, simple but incredibily fresh ingredients. This book has been a treasure for my heart unhealthly husband. No butter and low sodium generally equals no flavor, but these recipes compensate for that with wonderful unabandoned use of fresh herbs and another Italian staple, lemons, equalling great flavor and entertaining taste/look dishes.
My review: Every dish I've made from this book has been delicious, and this is a duplicate copy that I am giving up only because I have another. Wonderful.
