I enjoyed this book. It was a warm and fuzzy feeling kind of book. It shows hardships someone faces by being another race. It's a story about a single Indian father raising a son alone in a very social town. His son had dreams that were delayed due to this problem. A school teacher meets the father - falls in love - fights for their rights - teaches the boy. You know the rest. Great romance. Two story book. The second story goes into the great life of the boy and how successful he becomes. You will love this book.

Linda's Mackenzie's series is my favorite of all her books. She said she dreamed about Wolf Mackenzie and then wrote the book around him. Gimme your dreams, Linda, if this is what you've been dreaming about! I am crazy, mad in love with Wolf. His son Joe, not so much, but a good book none the less. I love a good series with a hot Alpha guy--horse whispher or military, who cares!

MacKenzie's Mountain - Wolf MacKenzie is a loner with a way with horses and a deep distrust of outsiders--until one woman dares to venture onto MacKenzie's Mountain. Schoolteacher Mary Elizabeth Potter is determined to keep Wolf's teenage son from abandoning his dreams. . .and finds herself rescuing Wolf along the way.
MacKenzie's Mission: Like his father before him, Joe MacKenzie was as wild as the wind, and not about to settle down. But he couldn't ignore a challenge--and Caroline Evans was just that. Caroline was bright, beautiful and determined to keep her distance. But Joe had another mission in mind. . .making her his own.

I absolutely loved Wolfe and Mary's story. It was also great to continue with Joe's story and see how great he turned out.
I enjoyed both books very much.

Love these stories of a very dynamic family. Her characters are full of life and three-dimensional.I have reread each story a minimum of two times. That is very unusual for me to do.
