Does anyone have some good recipes for dishes that can be made ahead, then cooked?  Or some that can be frozen then cooked later on?

I usually buy frozen entrees that I then eat after microwaving them. The variety and cheapness makes them much easier for me than cooking something. But I live alone so that probably explains it.

When I make a meatloaf I will mix up double what we are going to eat and freeze it raw. Then I just throw it in the oven on a busy day. I also have made double amounts of chicken pot pie and froze one. Lasagna also works well to freeze.

Meatballs are good make ahead - if your gonna make them you might as well make a lot. I bake them then freeze them.

Also soups and chili freeze well.
