I love this book. I kept borrowing it from the library. It does take a different approach to cooking. You have to pre cook a lot of stuff to have your mixes but once you get used to that cooking the dinners at night is a lot less time consuming. You will however for some recipes need freezer space. We bought an extra freezer and it is working out great.
