While my husband and I were first trying to conceive I picked up this book and I was glad I did. It gave me some pretty useful information on what we BOTH should and should not be doing health wise in order to get pregnant! Did you know that having your husband take vitamin C can help your chances? Neither did I until I read it here! There's lots of other tips in this book that you just don't hear about every day that I honestly believe helped us achieve and sustain a healthy pregnancy....TWICE! Good luck and good reading!
