The type of book where only Denzel Washington can portray the hero adequately when it was made into a movie. A down and out soldier of fortune finds a new purpose in life and pulls you right along with him.
Did you like the movie? This book goes beyond the movie. Its much more exciting and has a better ending.
I'd never buy the book after seeing the movie---not THIS ne--I liked it--somewhat But why duplicate our valued time by reading a book AFTER you have seen the movie?? Only excetion to that would be the book American Hero that was made into the movie WAG THE DOG which was entirely diferent
