Frankl addresses the deepest of man's concerns for life, that of meaning and suffering. Reflecting back upon his time spent in Autzwichz and Buchenwald to support his thesis he defines a clear approach to psychological therapy with out the use of drugs to confront life and find contentment. The answer will surprise you and the truth, almost common sense like with shock you. Hinting unintentionally along the lines of Eastern philosophies this book is a good read not just for the historical content, but also for the common sense.
