2nd book I have read by mayor. it won't be the last. Certainly gets the reader involved after a few pages.Anyone having his books please post them.
A tight murder mystery with the "cast" in my old stomping grounds of Vermont, including Stowe Village, Mt. Mansfield and Montpelier. It's fun reading about familiar places.
An old corpse is found on the mountain and is eventually determined to be a murder victim. Who murdered him and why is he on the mountain.
Mayor writes with intellegence and style, twists and turns and keeps his characters growing and changing with every new story. Intrique and mystery keep the reader guessing right up to the last minute. A great read.
