Kind of fun because it's about a more mature couple (40s'?) - but still in their prime. Married, divorced. 2 or 3 grown children. They reconnect YEARS after being apart.

After being divorced for 15 years why does the attraction still exist between Daniel Elliott and is ex-wife,Amanda?
A compelling story of an older couple, and their attempt to find each other.
A Good Read

Daniel and Amanda have 2 fine sons together and although their first son , Bryan Elliott was conceived and Daniel and Amanda were forced to marry, they did come to love one another. However, their love at that time was not enough to survive the family issues -- Daniel's father and patriarch, Patrick Elliott and his meddling into all the family's lives, private and business, along with the every day to day stress of normal life. I love how they both took time to heal and come together..the scene with amanda and Patrick was good but the best scene was after teh showdown and Daniel and his sisters get together in unity. Loved It

I enjoyed reading this book, but I think if you're like me and sometimes read books out of sequence unknowingly then you might miss somethings. I read this book not knowing it was a series and I felt I missed what clearly was part of previous books. I still enjoyed the book, but I wonder if I would have like it more if I had read some of the previous books.
This is a short book and can be read easily in one day. If your like me and sometimes find yourself with time unexpectedly, then books like this are great.
