A good mystery and interesting main character. Loni Murrow's father, a Fish and Wildlife Officer, dies when she is young. His death haunts her and her mother, who wasn't easy on her. Loni becomes a well-respected wild-life artist for the Smithsonian. She has to come back to Florida to deal with her aging mother, and delves deeper into the mystery surrounding her father's untimely death.
