This is part of the Un-Cut series of Harlequin Presents, which are usually more on the "sexy" side. This is about a couple who had an affair that ended when the heroine walked out on the hero. She married his much older cousin and gave birth to twins. Fast forward a few years and the husband is dead and the hero renters her life.... Of course he hates her guts for walking out on him and of course she is keeping a secret about who the father of the twins are.... Predictable store but still a good read.
