Interesting platform for philosophy via the Matrix. Many ideas are presented and use the Matrix as a reference point. I learned more about philosophy than I had expected. It does a great crash course on many of the main players in philosophy. Some of the essays collected in the book are very interesting and some are not. As a whole it is fun and can increase your knowledge of philosophy through the sci-fi movie The Matrix. If you haven't seen the movie this book is dependent on it and if you have seen the movie I would watch it again to remove the rust.
