quick read, but good!
The book is enjoyable and fun.
Emma Grenville runs a school for young ladies. When Greydon Brakenridge decides to triple her rent the battle begins. He has never met a woman he can't outwit or seduce. Emma's plans to enlighten him in several areas.

Book 3 in a trilogy.....Emma and Greydon's story
I loved this book. Enoch is a great romance writer. The "With This Ring" series was one of the best I've ever read.
Fun read, especially the wager.

This book has many of the same characters that come up in the Lessons of Love series. In fact this book sets a little of the story for Dare & Georgiana. Enjoyed it.
