EXCELLENT READ
Very fast pace thriller. A nuclear bomb is on board a passenger jet. No one will give pilot access to land. He has to take matters into his own hand at a mire 10,000 feet.
Nance NEVER disappoints me!
At 10000 ft., Captain Scott McKay gets the nerve shattering news. Aboard his Boeing 727 is a ticking tom bomb.
If you enjoy techno-thrillers written by a guy who really understand the airline industry and the technical side of flight, combined with a heart-stopping sense of a terrific read, this is a good one. He writes with authority a plausible, yet frightening scenario regarding a thermonuclear device, government interference and misteps, and insight into characters placed in almost untenable situations that somehow are able to find solutions against all odds. Nance has gotten great reviews from The New York Book Review to many of his fellow writers, most of whom you will immediately recognize. A great read.
Edge of your seat thriller! Will keep you guessing right to the end. Well read, well written.
This is the first book by John Nance that I've read, but it certainly won't be the last one! A rogue scientist has blackmailed someone into delivering a thermonuclear bomb to the Pentagon. That's bad enough, but the thermonuclear bomb is merely the trigger to the REALLY dangerous bomb . . .

It's the Medusa Project, a thermonuclear monster that could wipe out every computer chip on the continent, obliterating any and all traces of modern technology. Now Scott is flying blind, with nowhere to land and nothing to rely on but his own instincts. And one wrong move could ignite a worldwide apocalypse by unleashing...Medusa's Child.
