If you are a fan of Diana Palmer you will love these books. They follow the boy finds girl and starts a relationship, boy misunderstands girl and girl leaves, girl faces life-ending crisis, man realized his mistake and spends the rest of the book making it up to her formula. Not great, but a decent way to pass an evening reading.
