A little more predictable than some of the earlier books, but still enjoyable. I'm disappointed this seems to be the end of the series, as I really enjoyed it.

A nice mystery involving Jane and Shelley. This series is lighthearted, with no swearing or x rated scenes, so they are very appropriate for teen readers who like murder mysteries. I am not a teen, but enjoy them, too!

This is another Jane Jeffry Mystery. This time Jane and her friend Shelley get involved in the theater. Murder is the cue for Jann's long time friend to Detective Mel Van dyne to make his entrance. These are great books and I have enjoyed them all.

One of the less satisfying entries in the Jane Jeffry series, but still a nice quick read!

Jane is helping Shelly evaluate caterers at a theatre Shelly's husband has donated to the local college. A lackluster play is being produced, and a member of the production is killed. No one seems to care much, and Mel actually asks Jane and Shelly for their opinions on the case. That's a big departure from the character's usual behavior, where he constantly warns Jane to keep her nose out of his murder investigation.
Perhaps this series has reached it's end. The stories seem to be going downhill a bit. Well, how many murders can a housewife, even one with a cop boyfirend, be involved in?
I know I'll continue to read the series for at least

This is the 15th book in the Jane Jeffry Mystery series. As cozys go, this one is very cozy. But I still enjoyed it. It is the first I have read from this series, and I intend to order the others. This one deals with an amatuer theater group. One person gets murdered, and another is injured. While Jane and her friend, Shelly are not really slueths, they are working the theater, so are involved...but it is actually Jills boyfriend, who is a cop, that solves the murder.
