She seems to be a smart, gracious and politically savvy woman. Her "behind the scenes" stories give the reader a much better understanding of the workings of the government at the top levels. I love the tidbits from a woman's perspective and she doesn't shy away from talking about morals, conscience and liberty. Great read.

Ms. Albright has picked one theme-religion and foreign policy and made it understandable. This is a frank, intelligent and engagingly written book about a relevant topic. If you ever wanted to know why the middle east has come to the status it is in now, this is the book for you. Great history lessons, as well as calling it like it is when speaking about the U.S. stumbles in the region.
