This is the seventh book in the Prey series and each book gets better and better. Lucas Davenport is a complicated character, but still is down to earth and believable. At times his books ramble on, but not this one. Great series to read!
All of Sandford's Prey books are great! Silly me, though; I should have known this was an abridged version on 3 CDs--the $9.95 price in the upper right corner of the pick should have clued me in. My mistake. First time listening to an abridged version of a book. Not so bad, since you don't know what detail you're missing. It flowed pretty smoothly in spite of the short version.
Good book to listen to.
